ENERGIA A DEBATE

Energía a Debate is a bimonthly, Spanish-language magazine devoted to promoting constructive, analytical debate on the future of Mexico's energy industry. The articles published in the magazine deal with key issues and are written by top-level experts, businessmen and researchers involved in the industry.

The magazine has a strategically controlled circulation, so that it is read by professionals in the oil and energy industries. It is delivered to government officials and businesspeople throughout the Mexican energy industry, in particular, to state-run companies such as Pemex, the Federal Electricity Commission, Luz y Fuerza, also to research institutes, such as the Mexican Petroleum Institute and the National University (UNAM). It reaches officials at the Energy Ministry, the Energy Regulatory Commission, and other officies. Each government official receives a personal copy, delivered to his desk.

It also reaches business chambers and private-sector companies involved in the industry, such as oil-service companies, natural gas and LPG distributors, power generators, chemical companies and consultants. It also is delivered to members of both houses of congress.

Publication and distribution of 12,000 copies of Energía a Debate, bimonthly, is certified by Lloyd International. This includes certified delivery of 900 copies to officials at Pemex.
